Then plan 2027 on what you know works. Your analyst reads your last 90 days back to you in plain English, in Claude or ChatGPT, and tells you what to carry into January and what to leave in December.
Early bird through Sunday, Nov 8. Then $47. Live with Jillian Thomas.
Live in the room
Pulled straight from the Zoom chat while people were still building. Names hidden, words untouched.
Real messages from three people in the August challenge chat. Fifty-five registered for that round. Times are Central.
Sound familiar?
You sat down in December with good intentions and a blank doc. What sold this year? Probably the thing you talked about most. What should you drop? Hard to say. So you planned Q1 on memory and mood, and by February the plan was a document nobody opened.
The numbers that would have answered those questions exist. They're sitting in six tabs behind four logins, and nobody in your business has the job of reading them.
“I promised myself I'd look at my numbers this week, then Friday showed up.”
The role
It's a role, not a chore. An analyst is a seat on your team that sits down with your numbers every morning and tells you the truth in a sentence you can act on. You build it once. It runs whether you remembered to ask or not.
Everyone is saying "AI" right now. Almost nobody is describing a job. Pasting your stats into a chat window and asking "how am I doing" is using AI by hand. An analyst has a job description, a set of accounts it can see, a report it owns, and a schedule. It lives in the AI you already use, Claude or ChatGPT, and it thinks the way mine does because you install the same skill I use.
You pick the five numbers. It watches them for you.
The first hire
Those three lines are examples, written to show you the shape of it. Yours will use your numbers and your words.
Your host
Before this business, I led a team of multimedia editors at a TV production company, and I took our content system online. I built a single source of truth in Airtable where shows could send requests to the editors and have all the information at their fingertips. It worked so well that other divisions had me build databases for their teams too.
Then eleven years building marketing systems. This is one of them, and it's the one I'd hand a business owner first, because everything else gets easier once you can see what's working.
In August I watched a room of business owners who don't call themselves tech people get real numbers read back to them by Thursday. This round, we do it again, pointed at your 2027.
You should be able to look at your business and know.
Thursday, most rounds
That's the Zoom chat from August, unedited. Somewhere around Thursday, someone's report lands, their numbers are on the page, and the chat goes off. They stop asking whether this is possible and start asking what else it can read.
That's the part I can't put on a page. You're not watching slides. You're watching your own numbers show up.
The daily rhythm
The day's build lands in your hub. A short video, the written steps, and any file you need that day. Watch it with your coffee. Most people are done with the watching in under twenty minutes.
Bring your screen, not your questions. We build the day's piece together, live, and I unstick whoever is stuck. Sixty minutes booked, and the room stays open after. Replay in your hub the same day.
Same Zoom link all five mornings. Miss a lab and the Drop plus the replay still carry you to the next one.
The build, day by day
This is a build, so the order matters. Every day you leave with a piece that exists and works.

You name the 5 numbers that show whether your business is working, in your words, and you find the home account each one lives in. The Q1 lens starts here: the five you pick are the five you'll plan the year on.
You leave with: your 5 numbers, named, each with a home. One small, guided connection, so your analyst can pull its first real number. One account. Step by step. Together, in the lab.
You leave with: your first real number, read back to you.Your numbers land on one page. Today you install the analyst skill in Claude or ChatGPT, download the report template and the dashboard, and make them yours.
You leave with: one page, real numbers, your name at the top.Your analyst reads your last 90 days back to you and points at the two or three things that deserve a place in your 2027. What worked, what didn't, in your business, in your numbers. This is the morning it earns the title.
You leave with: a Q1 plan built from what actually happened. We put your report on a schedule. It arrives every morning, on its own, running without you.

One short video and the written steps for each day, released at 7:00 AM CT the morning we build it, so nobody is overwhelmed on Monday and nobody is waiting on an email.
10:00 AM CT, Nov 9 to 13. Bring your screen. We build together and I unstick you live.
The same skill I use inside Rooted & Seen, with the methodology baked in. Works in Claude or ChatGPT. Install it in the one you already use and like.
Yours to keepThe HTML report and the dashboard you customize on Day 3. Your colors, your five numbers, your name at the top.
Yours to keepEvery click, written down, for people who don't consider themselves tech people.
Every Drop, every Lab replay, every download and every link in one place, for as long as your access runs. Plus a members-only board for wins and questions, and a help button that reaches me.
You build with Porter Metrics and the AI you already use. I'll show you both from zero. By Friday, everything on this list is in your hands.
Pick your seat
The difference is how long the hub stays open and whether you get an hour alone with me after.
The straight answer
Your hub opens the moment you pay, each day's build lands the morning we do it, and by Friday everything on the list above is in your hands, including the skill and the template you keep for good. There's nothing to send back. What I promise instead: if something in the build isn't working for you, reply to any email and a human, usually me, gets you unstuck.
Fit check
Before you ask
Good. That's who this was built for. Every step is written down, every day has a short video, and every morning has a live lab where getting stuck means you say so and we fix it.
Either. The skill installs in both. Use the one you already pay for and like.
Yes. You choose your 5 numbers on Day 1, and they're yours. Email, sales, bookings, content, whatever shows your business is working. Ads are one option on that list.
The Drop lands at 7 and the Lab replay is in your hub the same day. You can build on your own schedule and bring what's stuck to the next lab.
Your hub opens the moment you pay with your start-here page and prep. Each day's build drops the morning we do it, so the week stays in order and nobody drowns on Monday. By Friday it's all yours.
Challenge seats have the hub for 30 days, through Dec 13. VIP seats have it for 90 days, through Feb 11. The skill, the template and the dashboard are downloads, and those are yours for good on either seat. Ship your scheduled report by Sunday Nov 15 and you get 30 more days on either seat.
Your logins for wherever your numbers live, a Claude or ChatGPT account, and the one number you always mean to check and never do. The hub has the full prep list. It's about ten minutes.
All sales are final. See the straight answer above. If something isn't working, reply to any email and I'll personally get you unstuck.
Then this is already yours. Check your inbox, don't buy it.
Then your seat is on me. August was the free round, and every round from here is paid. This one is my thank-you for being in the first room. Look for an email from me in early October with how to claim it, and don't buy one here.
What's different: August got your analyst connected. This round is about what it tells you. On Day 1 you set your 12-month number next to your five numbers. You get the skill for ChatGPT, the template and the hub. Then on Day 4 we read your report against the number you want.
One private hour with me, week of Nov 16, VIP seats only. Your screen. I look at your analyst and your Q1 plan and we fix whatever isn't right, live. You get the recording.
Nov 9 to 13, 2026 · The Drop at 7 · The Lab at 10 · Central time
You'll get one email with your hub login, your Zoom link, and calendar invites for all five mornings. Save it.
